Positive: The views were amazing! The balcony was by far the best spot. It was so nice, pretty, and peaceful! It's so close to the beach that the walk was even easy for us (husband has a bad hip and I have spine and leg problems). The staff were super friendly. The lady that checked us in treated us like we were old friends and the cleaning staff never failed to greet us with smiles. The water pressure was amazing in the shower and never had a hot water issue like you do in alot of places. It was also very close to several dining/shopping options! We will definitely come back here.

Negative: The building is kinda dated, but very charming. The futon in our room was just kinda ick, simple solution...we just didn't use it. There was nothing actually wrong with it, I don't think. It just looked like something a broke college kid would have in their 1st apartment, that they found or bought at a thrift store.
