Positive: I loved everything about this property and am grateful for the opportunity. It is located at the 31st Street beach entrance, clean, bright, outdoor shower at front door to rinse sand off body/feet, 2 full bathrooms, stocked with proper linens, kitchen has everything except spices, gas grill, washer/dryer, 1 block from Walgreens, Publix grocery, Dollar Store, etc. The community is friendly, beautiful, and kind. I sure do look forward to going back!
