Negative: The cleaner had forgotten to leave tissues, milk, sugar, and hand towels in the room. The water took a long time to heat up. The bathroom fan didn't work well and the bathroom was humid. There was no microwave.

Summary: The hotel needs renovation. Of course, the first floor was under renovation.
