Positive: The house is quite lovely, mainly because its quite new. The equipment is basic but fine.The area was nice, but under construction.
Negative: Unfortunately the customer support from Novasol was a nightmare and did not at all give us a feeling of being a valued customer. It was very impersonal and horrid. We will not book anything administered by Novasol via Booking.com again. Their collaboration doesn't seem to work very well and ruined our holiday in the end.
Summary: Lovely but overpriced and poor customer support by Novasol
