Positive: Naliema is a great choice for a family, it has 2 bedrooms and one living room/kitchen. You will find absolutely everything you need in there, Nespresso machine, large fridge, washing machine, iron, iron board, cookware etc. Beds are very good, pillows as well. Aircon is present in every room and good brand, extremely powerful and silent ones. Anyway, you god no problem wiht heat because it is at floor 1 out of 2. Aircon is rarely necesary and I stayed in mid July. Bathroom is big, shower cabin very large, towels enough. There are balconies on 2 sides, large, with water hose to wash sand and drying rope for clothes/towels. Apartment is shady, no sun bothering, even dark during the day. Neighborhood is quiet and save, I had no problems. Close to city center - short 10mins walk. Parking available on the street, no problems.
Negative: Water presure is a big problem. Getting a shower was extremely difficult. Also hot-cold water alternation at shower was a little unconfortable, I dont know why. Also the wifi was very bad, almost useless, maybe ok for chat but no more. I wil not penalty this under general rating because there ar too many other good aspects. Also a spare key would have been nice, as you cand easily forget the key inside and the door cannot be open without key.
