Positive: A new hotel (still being readied little by little) it is perfectly located if you want a calm place outside of the Cairo chaos. The personnel were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was homemade every day, delicious and huge. There was free water offered in the room. The swimming pool wasn't heated, but it was refreshing! We liked th fact that it is a little outside of the usual tourist area, so accessible with Kareem, InDrive, Uber .... Nice view of the pyramids on the rooftop, especially in the evenings.
Negative: There was only 1 towel when we arrived, but you ask and they provide, no problem. You should ask for an extra towel or bathmat, as the bathroom floor gets wet because of the setup. It was a minor inconvenience, considering the quality of the hotel.
