Positive: We liked a quite new apartment. It's in good location (20+min from center), but the area was quite nice, not to noisy. It had all the things you need for a good stay.
Negative: The only downside, was the towels and sheets smelt of moist (they where clean, but I presume they where washed and not dried properly before stored away (this can be improved). The breakfast was actually left in the fridge, but was basic that's why the rating isn't higher.
Summary: Nice apartment, needs small things to be excelent
