Summary: THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, it's a room in a converted residential building. Guests will be buzzing the bell at all times from the street intercom. The main door at the unit is hard to lock/unlock, and some guests just leave it completely open. There's no safe in the room, as expected in a hotel, so your belongings and safety aren't the best. The location is convenient with the Sondrio yellow line right at the door. Be aware that the street numbering is confusing, and they had a very hard time explaining it. To help you, they are next door to the Crowne Plaza. Too expensive for the service provided, you can stay next door in a real hotel for only 30 euros more.
