Positive: Great location, very well equipped as had our baby with us the kitchen was very handy to us The fridge had a freezer compartment as well

Negative: I would say having no step free access was hard especially with pram and large suitcases Would have also been nice to get help going up and down the stairs couldn’t really see any staff presence
