Summary: the location is great, with swimming pool (warm ) in the winter time. The breakfast is great, even with Prosecco. This hotel only a bit old and also the pillow is too soft, other than that the price is worth to stay. (although a bit expensive compared to the B&B nearby the station, but if you want to stay comfortable and quality, this is your choice)
