Positive: Staff were brilliant, Humphrey and Kimberley exceptionally friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily. Food was good. It was very secure and felt safe too.

Negative: Our room was 5, opposite the breakfast lobby so we were woken up early by staff preparing breakfast and guests having early breakfast. The Hostess not so friendly on the first day of meeting us, she loosened up as the days progressed.

Summary: Very secure, friendly staff and they were respectful too.
