Positive: The location was perfect and the condo was spacious
Negative: The top right burners on the electric stove did not work. The oven was dirty. The pillows in the bed rooms were lumpy. The furniture was old, like Grandma's house. All of the balcony furniture was rusted including the 4 beach chairs in the balcony closet. 2 of the chairs were so badly worn that the fabric was ripped. The door to the outside closet was missing the closure so it kept opening and the inside of it was filthy. Needs updating, maintenance and some replacement. Was definitely not worth the $8000 for 2 weeks. Far from upscale. Would not recommend this unit. Seems like owner wants to go cheap and collect big bucks. And, there was no way to contact VACASA if I'd didn't want to hang on the phone indefinitely. What if the place had been worse?
Summary: Would not recommend this unit or Vascasa's Customer service.
