Summary: Everything was very nice and worth the money. Food was excellent, with many choices and enough variation. The resort area was big with many activities, especially children liked it very much. Beach was very good, not too deep but deep enough for diving and swimming. Sunbed reservation could have been controlled a bit more - many beds were occupied the whole day without anyone visible, only beach towels there. The gym/aerobic lessons were also good and the teachers very friendly. The rooms do not have much sound insulation (at least in our building near the beach). The blankets could have been better at least for Scandinavian taste. All service was in Russian by default and then in German, but everything we needed worked out also in English. The use of safes in the rooms were not included in the room prices. While not expensive, this is very odd in an all-inclusive hotel. In general, our holiday was very successful, and the hotel can be recommended.
