Summary: I just found the concierge rude, also after paying a ridiculous four figures for four nights id expect the cleaner to bring fresh towels and make the beds i did complain about this and they just ignored me. Also two days to outsource an iron then charge a ridiculous abount for it even said just go to the indians and buy one.
