Positive: The personnel was absolutely amazing, very communicative and helpful (we had our flight delayed and got there later than expected and the lady helped us happily to settle in, even at a very late hour). The location was absolutely amazing and near 3 bus stations (about 5 min away - we went to Rome for a concert and this was very helpful at night), very cosy atmosphere and quiet location (good for relaxation - we also had a small patio). The apartment was clean and well mentained with modern furniture and appliances . We will definitely be coming back soon.
