Summary: While the location was convenient, the overall experience was disappointing. The front desk staff lacked warmth, the mattresses were worn and uncomfortable, and the value for money did not meet expectations. Additionally, the room was uncomfortably hot, and there was no air conditioning. We were also charged for requesting a travel crib, something we had never been charged for in any other hotel during our trip.
