In the large living room and lounge, combined with a kitchenette, you will find everything you need for your stay. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2011 and is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and an extractor bonnet. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub with shower facilities, and a large double bed awaits you in the bedroom. An extra bed or bunk bed can be provided for children. The flat is fully tiled and has underfloor heating for cosy warmth.
Outside, you will find a terrace that was redesigned in April 2020 with direct access to the garden. The garden extends over an area of 3000 square metres and offers table tennis, swings and a barbecue area as well as numerous seating areas for relaxing. The property is mostly bounded by hedges and fences, but there are passages to the neighbouring properties that are not closed off.
