Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location was in central Ikoyi, though being in an estate had its drawbacks with entry codes etc. Household items could be bought nearby. Main gate within walking distance. Self-service was ok with some utensils and cooking facilities available. Power was constant - between PHCN, Inverter and Generator. Was secure, quiet and private. The host responded to questions within the hour. overall, a good stay.

Negative: Lodging was outdated, Furniture, carpet and mattress could do with upgrades. The only modern thing in the room was the shower stall.....However, for the money I paid, its still a great value.

Summary: GREAT VALUE, PRIVATE, QUIET AND ACCESSIBLE...WOULD STAY AGAIN.
