Summary: We chose the place for location. I’d give it the equivalent of a three star hotel as far as accommodations. Everything was clean and usable. The location was a plus and a minus with quite a few sketchy characters hanging around. While we knew it was a walk up, this turned out to be a major inconvenience. We even packed small bags and back packs and it was still a chore getting up to the top floor. We really didn’t see anyone else staying there with exception to one elderly guest leaving one morning. Overall a four star but would not stay again. A more traditional hotel would have felt a bit more comfortable. Also, be aware - none of the coffee shops in proximity open early- 8am and after!
