Summary: Very nice and safe district location, the area around look clean with local and family walking around. Good location for reaching different part of the city by the close by tram. The reception/breakfast area is clean and welcoming. The included breakfast is up to noon and offer food choice of fresh bread and cold meat to make yourself a good sandwich to start your day. Our room had 6 single bed and a 4 chair table, while simple, it was clean, spacious and perfect for family of 6. While there is no aircon, the rooms had 4 huge fully openable windows that gave us good cooling at night, we could hear some other rooms partying from the window but there is no noise coming from the street since it’s more of a inner yard in quiet street. Easy walk from the Main Street and Tram where you can find a wonderful kebab place and pharmacy. Very short walk to a wonderful pizza place and supermarket to stock on food and drinks.
