Positive: Comfortable, clean and convenient. Really helpful staff when asked for information. Quite location - except, maybe for LFC match days!

Negative: Lack of clarity about access on arrival. Breakfast was good but limited.

Summary: Hotel Tia provided the ideal location and comfortable accommodation for our stay in Liverpool.
