Summary: his is a nice little boutique hotel, very clean and super nice staff. It is located just 200 meters from a fabulous beach, just a short walk down the path. It is located in a quieter residential area about a 15 minute walk from the bustle/noise of downtown Del Carmen. Our room had a nice little kitchen and a couple of great balconies where we could watch all the people walking down 5th Ave which is closed to traffic. We very much enjoyed our breakfasts every morning in the attached restaurant.
