Positive: Absolutely everything was amazing! We got incredibly lucky to get the apartment with the best view of the sea. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, with all the new furniture and everything you might need (dishwasher, stove, microwave, washing machine). We came for Ironman and the washbasin on the balcony was super handy to wash the wetsuits and dry them without getting the apartment wet. Leonardo is a great host! He made us very welcome, was extremely helpful (for example, gave us a parking pass to park around Cervia for free) and even cheered for us during the running leg of Ironman. If I could give an 11 to rate our stay, I totally would!
Negative: I can’t think of a single thing that we didn’t like during our stay.
Summary: Perfect place to stay particularly for an Ironman athlete
