Summary: While the location was excellent and the staff were polite, the overall management was highly questionable. ​After booking with a reward voucher, I was assigned a ground-floor room next to the fitness center and restrooms. Although I overlooked the poor room assignment, the post-checkout handling was unacceptable. An unauthorized 6 EUR minibar charge was processed at 3:00 PM without notice. Even when I returned at 4:00 PM to collect my luggage, no mention was made of this. ​The charge was only reversed after I sent a formal complaint, which the hotel dismissed as a "clerical error." While an apology was offered, such lapses in transparency are beneath the standard of a 4-star Parisian hotel. This experience leaves me doubting whether these "errors" were truly accidental.
