Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Very nice hotel in southern Santorini. We stayed 3 nights with a full board, and everything was ok. The room is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Air conditioning works great, there's a fridge and the bathroom has everything we need. The location is ok, just next to a supermarket and 5 minutes walking from the centre of the little village with restaurant and other shops/supermarket. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner was just ok (one main dish and 2 side dishes, plus a dessert) and is served at the table (no buffet). We didn't use the swimming pool since we only had 2 full days in Santorini; you need towels for the pool/beach (to be paid apart). We rented a scooter, and the airport is just 20 minutes away, while the northern part of Santorini (Oia) is 35 minutes away. There are 2 nice beaches very close (red beach and caldera beach).
Negative: I would have preferred something more at dinner, but it was ok anyways. We had our flight cancelled a few days before our trip, and the hotel did not allow us to change dates for free, they showed very little flexibility even though the hotel was not full. Our booking was non refundable so we knew we could not change anything, we just didn't like the way they handled and responded to our request.
