Summary: This is a conveniently located hotel to explore the historic centre of Rouen. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is your typical hotel fare. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. The only concern is that there are no lifts which means that you have to be able to cope with climbing stairs. I would stay there again.
