Summary: The hotel is older but still very pretty. It was clean. Although there was some water damage around the shower enclosure. The closet was spacious. Although it is a smaller room(older buildings do tend to have smaller rooms) they had added some extra ledges to place your things on. Like over the head board of the bed, over the heat radiator, and over the desk. The location is good. Many people were enjoying sitting out front enjoying coffee and cocktails. Our frustration came with the parking. We had a rental car so when we saw there was parking on the hotel information, that was why we booked the one night stay before leaving for the airport the next day. It was 20€ to park. And it was 1.5km (if I remember correctly) away. Which isn’t far, that’s true. We had been driving for 9 hours that day and had to leave early in the morning so that just added some frustration. It was in a parking garage, which is nice. But it was no easy task getting down to level -2 level. I lost sleep worrying about whether we could even get out in the morning. Because if cars parked around us, I wasn’t sure we could get the car out of the tight space! Thankfully, no one parked too close and we got out. Again, the hotel was nice, staff was very helpful and friendly and it is a lovely location! (We had a room that faced another building so we didn’t really enjoy the ocean view and we didn’t have time to sit out front for a meal)
