Summary: It is a new hotel. The property is in a good condition and clean. Affordable option. It is a fair distance away from the centre of Khiva. The buses kept giving variable rates to get into the centre which wasn't helpful and I found this a bit stressful. It is near a theme park which has potential but is not really open properly but quite interesting for a potter around.
