Summary: Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the cleanliness of our room. One of our children found a piece of broken glass in the bed, which is completely unacceptable and could have caused a serious injury. Later, when I went to bed, I also found sand in the bed. This clearly shows that the bedding had not been cleaned properly. On top of that, there was a lot of noise in the hallways until around midnight, making it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Cleanliness and a quiet environment are basic expectations, and unfortunately, this stay did not meet those standards.
