Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I have stayed in many high-end hotels and have sometimes left dissatisfied. However, this hotel pleasantly surprised me. Although it is not a luxury-class property, everything I needed was available and well organized in the room. What impressed me the most was the professionalism of the staff. The administrators and the manager were extremely helpful and demonstrated a level of professionalism comparable to that of a top-class hotel.
