Positive: The house is lovely and and very well situated, Very tranquil. Facilities are excellent and catering for four would be very easy as the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for a rental. Highly recommended, but see the one downside below.
Negative: House was cold and this could not be adjusted as the thermostat was locked and the central heating was turned off. It was August, but a typically English summer, and the house is made of local stone, and is well insulated, but this means when it is cool inside it remains that way. TV was watched from under a blanket!
