Positive: Spacious and warm. Parking and location in Whitby
Negative: Damp patches on walls and paint peeling. There were previous similar customer comments which haven’t been dealt with. Laundry room although outside was filthy.
Summary: We had an enjoyable stay and it was warm but the property needs some tlc
