Positive: Large living room with plenty of space for everyone. Good sized bedrooms (ranging from large to huge :) ) Kitchen with dining area/table to seat everyone Overall Property was very clean and finished to a high modern standard Heating worked well and the property was always nice & warm (stayed end of December). Property was well insulated from road noise (and rooms from each other) Driveway parking for two cars with space opposite for more (free) Great location, short walk to the West Shore beach & Great Orme (lovely sandy beach & some spectacular views) - easy road access to local shops & surrounding areas
Negative: Whilst the property does have outside space due to the location its quite enclosed and doesn't have much in the way of a view - not a problem for us but would be a consideration if you wanted quiet outside space with great views. It is quite close to the train track so you can hear the trains rumble past but its only a branch line so stops over night. Microwave location is a bit random (head height)
