The flats are also named after some of the birds that live in the Trasimeno Lake Park: independent of each other, they are ideal for spending a holiday immersed in the green, the suggestion of a place where nature offers its fruits and colours. They have a large, comfortable swimming pool (14 m long, 6 m wide, and 110-200 m deep), and a small children's pool (5.50 m x 5 m, and 0.50 m deep) that becomes an evocative backdrop with gushes of water and colours.

Located in the centre of the facility, it consists of 2 pools, the first measuring 14 x 6 m, with a depth of 1.10/2.00 m, and the second, for children, measuring 5.50 x 5 m and 50 cm deep.
