Positive: House itself was great. Great Views. Comfortable beds.
Negative: There is no way to access the property without setting off the pool alarm. I understand the Florida law requires this, but the fact that there is no door access for guests that doesn't set off the alarm is inexplicable. They should either give guests access to the garage which has an unalarmed door or reroute the fence to allow front door access to the house without alarm. The actual alarm panel is NOT in the entry way, it's in the "kids" bunk room adjacent to the entry way. In our circumstance, we had a 5 year old that goes to bed early and teenagers in the house that come and go late. This meant that there was a loud piercing alarm just feet from our daughter's sleeping head. This property is too expensive to not have a work around for this situation.
Summary: If they can get the alarm situation figured out, this would be the perfect Gulf Trace house.
