Positive: The walk around the city lake is just around the corner. There are few nice chilling areas and obstacle courses on trees for kids. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the castle and churches in center. There are few shops nearby too. The apartment is in a new apartment building.

Negative: The parking space is in the yard of several apartment houses, it is a bit busy, but it was possible to find the spot.
