Positive: The host is super friendly and helpful. The apartment is big enough for a comfortable stay. We only stayed a night, but I see myself staying there longer without issues. The apartment is well located, not too far from the town center and close enough to the fortress.

Negative: If I have to mention something negative, I'd say the fact that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there's no elevator, could be potentially an issue for someone who's not a huge fan of stairs.
