This is a full hardwood floor and tiling -through 4 bedrooms on both floors of the house. Guests will have full use of the newly renovated house, which has ten A/C units for year-round comfort. In addition, of the 4 bedrooms there are 2 queen size beds, 1 king bed, and 1 california king bed with a ceiling fan and A/C unit provided for your convenience. Completely furnished house with stainless steel appliances, WiFi, TVs, and other amenities. With brand-new mattresses, kitchen utensils, sheets & towels. There is a highly effective cleaning service that thoroughly cleans after every visitor. At your arrival, the home will always be clean and fresh. Guests will have exclusive use to the entire house, complete with a private bath, living room, dining room, game room and kitchen. Other things to note
There is high speed Wifi and Smart TVs throughout the house , with 10 A/C units for cooling and heating, a smart lock for self check-in and in every bedroom door everything you will need to feel right at home. Also complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, and body lotion. Plus there is a washer and dryer provided within the house. Please note no one is allowed to sleep on the couches as there are 4 bedrooms thus no more than 8 people can stay. There is security; as there are cameras surrounding the house.
