Summary: The property has plenty of character. We stayed in Feburary and it was a little chilly in some of the rooms and could have done with some extra bedding. Also had some issues with hot water in the bath though we didn't report this at the time and used the shower instead. The property has lovely beams (though some of the dust from the beams fell onto the bed) and uneevn flooring which are really authentic and olde worlde. Perfectly located in the centre of Rye with plenty of amenities including Netflix & WiFI
