Summary: What a beautiful apartment with amazing views and a balcony, well equipped spotless and comfortable, my only slight complaint was that the car parking facility which we required wasnt clear until we got there, not having been to Dartmouth before , we could only unload at the property which then were steps down to the apartment, we had to park down in the town in the Mayors avenue car park then we didnt realise we needed the permit that was back in the apartment, so we had to drive back up to find it and then drive back down. We completely understood the reason for it being this way with the lack of parking, and although the car was a mile down the road,,once we got our head around it, it was fine, my mom was actually having to use a stick to walk unfortunately as she typically had a bit of sciatica, but she managed the walk up and down into the town slowly, but i think this needs making more clear before booking, it did all work out for us and we had a fab time and would stay there again, but definitely not at peak times as the car park would be very busy and difficult to get a space im sure.
