Positive: The host was very friendly, forthcoming and knowledgeable. Good communication. Thanks to this information we enjoyed some simple but marvellous typical German food at an Imbissbude "Biggie" and restaurant Schmidter Bauernstube. Compared to the pictures of the house, the house is in reality even better. The house is light, spacious and even though it is cold outside, it was inside very comfortable. Everything you need to eventually cook your own meal is available. Good sharp knives and good quality cookware. A supermarket and bakery is within walking distance and so is the restaurant. The view from the living room out into nature, the Lake is priceless. We even saw two squirrels playing at the terrace. Lots of hikingtrails starting within walking distance. Big bonus was the garage. It enabled us to stay dry and safe regardless of the weather. When we stayed there it snowed. We do recommend this place.
Summary: Highly recommended; marvellous!
