Summary: Stayed for one night as a stop over so didn't really get to explore the area but the room was lovely, large and airy. Large bed, towels and soap provided along with drinking water. A mosquito plug was provided. The bathroom was great, really clean and toilet paper was provided. The manager Shya (sorry if it is spelt wrong) was lovely, really helpful and made sure we were comfy. A booklet with things to do in the area was provided with some history of Kottayam which was nice to read. The only negatives were the WiFi wasn't strong and the tap to turn on the shower was really stiff, we were worried about breaking it but this problem was sorted out when we mentioned it.
