Summary: The most friendly, welcoming and helpful staff! Amazing breakfasts and drinks from the restaurant, clean comfortable room - refreshing pool - beautiful grounds and wildlife to be seen! What a wonderful base for exploring the area! The location is perfect (walkable to downtown ~20-30 mins) steep walk back but manageable or take a taxi. 30 mins from the Guatemala border, 2mins from Cahal Pech ATM caves with Maya Walk was an easy pick up and drop off. Breakfast was easily pre-ordered (and packed to go if needed) for our early start days making life easier! Highly recommend this place.
