Positive: Staff were friendly, AC worked well, there was hot water, the internet was fine, and apparently there is breakfast but I sleep late. Great location.
Negative: The room is not well maintained. Cracks in the walls, chips in the desk and walls, stains on the floors (that could be cleaned easily), spiders on the walls, bathtub cover didn't fit so couldn't take bathtub, and a woman's hair in the bathroom. Also no elevators.
Summary: Decent hotel, but not well maintained
