Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: This hotel had a wonderful 13th floor Onsen spa with indoor and outdoor pools that warmed us up and relaxed us before bed. Also, they provided complementary snacks, such as ice cream and late night bowls of hot noodles! There was a laundry facility, just when we needed it. We found so many great restaurants in the neighborhood and a wonderful community center with tables and chairs on several different levels around a beautiful fountain and dozens of gorgeous koi Nobori flying fish hanging from the high ceiling above the open space that felt very welcoming.

Negative: The hotel is located in the central downtown area of Hachinohe, and it is quite a distance from the train station. This was manageable since there are buses and trains to and from the station to the hotel and the downtown area; but it is inconvenient if you want to have close access to other destinations from the station

Summary: Great staff and a good hotel with lots of restaurants nearby.
