Summary: - Lift only from 3rd floor - Last floor also only accessible by stairs, no lift - Not suitable for people with limited mobility - Room change only with surcharge - Stench in the room and toilet, unbearable - Windows surrounded by pigeons, bird noise - The best thing about this accommodation is the lively and central neighbourhood, if that's what you're after
