Positive: The house was big and comfortable. The host was welcoming

Negative: The fact that you have to meet with the host to collect keys is not an experience we want to have. Unfortunately, most of rentals work that way in Italy. Lockbox was invented long time ago and Italy can benefit from it too like the rest of the world :). Also this was one of the most expensive stays during our 5-day long north Italy trip.
