Positive: Laura is fast to communicate and very hospitable. She accommodated flexible check-in and check-outs based on our unique arrival times. The location worked great for walking to the docks, beach, grocery store, and restaurants. A/C worked well, and apartment was very clean.

Negative: WIFI was very slow.
