Summary: I have stayed here previously, and I knew what to expect at the price. I think the biggest issue is that the listed photos and rating flatter the property far too much. It is not a 4.5 star property. It is closer to a worn down 3 star option. The location is good. Price is fine. Property is not well looked after. Even having stayed here before, we had a few "moments" this trip. - Checking in, we entered out room to find the hotel staff having their lunch in our room (also the late checkin was a nightmare from last time) - The aircon did not work in the bedroom - There was plastic awning all outside our room on the floors and up the walls - The pool was closed for planned works (we were not advised the pool would be closed before the rip - annoying) - Shower needs urgently replacing Place needs some urgent TLC.
