Positive: Pretty setting from porch. Lovely rockers to relax. Accessible to hiking in area. Close to stores and coffee shop.
Negative: Poor ventilation. Very noxious musty smell. Security code issues. Locked out. Had to call to resolve. Failed twice. Had to access key. Service helpful. Pretty creepy neighborhood. Entry homes are dumps.
Summary: Not too thrilled at first. Guests need to read its history-built with love and family.
